Kadhi Moong dal ki

Moong Dal Kadhi:- 

Serving curry with rice enhances the meal's flavor. Curry is often made with yogurt and gram flour. You've likely eaten this type of curry many times. But have you tried a curry made with moong dal? Moong dal kadhi has a unique flavor. Moong dal kadhi is incredibly delicious and tastes amazing with hot rice or roti. Let's learn the easy and quick recipe for moong dal kadhi.

Ingredients for Moong Dal Kadhi
Mung dal - 1 cup
Yogurt - 2 cups
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Red chilies - 2
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 8-10
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Oil

Moong Dal Kadhi: 
A curry made with moong dal has a unique flavor. Its deliciousness is enhanced with hot rice. You should definitely try this recipe.

Method for Making Moong Dal Kadhi:-
To make Moong Dal Kadhi, first soak the moong dal for one to two hours and then grind it finely. Set aside a small amount of the paste. Now, add salt and red chili powder to the remaining paste in a bowl and prepare a batter. Fry the pakodas with it.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the pakodas in it. Remove the prepared pakodas and set them aside.
Now, mix the yogurt and the reserved moong dal. Add water and turmeric powder to this mixture.

Now, pour oil into a pan and temper it with cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, and red chilies. Add ginger-garlic paste and lightly fry. Add the yogurt mixture and cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Once the curry comes to a boil and thickens slightly, turn off the heat. 
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Moong Dal Sweet Laddu Recipe:--

Moong dal laddu. :- You may have eaten dry fruit laddus, Motichoor laddus, or other such laddus that you can easily find in the market, but today we are telling you the recipe for one such laddu. Can you prepare this laddu, rich in protein and fiber, at home? It doesn't cost much to prepare, and you can keep it for 10 to 15 days. It also doesn't spoil. Today we are telling you the recipe according to an expert confectioner.

Expert Halwai Provides Information:-
When the Local 18 team spoke with expert Hawai Deepak Thakur, he explained that mung bean laddus are rich in protein and fiber. To make them, you need one cup of mung bean dal, one cup of fenugreek seeds, a small bowl of jaggery, one cup of dried fruits, and one teaspoon of cardamom powder. Your laddus will be ready. These laddus last for 10 to 15 days. Even diabetic patients can eat them. They are free of chemicals or sugar.

This is how to make laddus:-
If you're going to make mung bean laddus at home, soak the mung bean lentils in water the night before and let them soak for 8 hours. After soaking, grind them separately. Then, take ghee in a pan and fry the ground mung bean lentils in it. Then, fry the fenugreek seeds as well. After both are fried, add ghee, dried fruits, and cardamom powder to the mixture. Once cooled, you can make small laddus from it. Your laddus will be ready.

Moong Dal Laddu Recipe:--
 Laddus made from mung dal and fenugreek seeds are rich in protein and fiber, making them safe even for diabetic patients. Make these laddus with jaggery and dried fruits, without sugar or chemicals.
