Is it milk or chemical?


Fake milk is dangerous:-

Adulterated milk means milk in which fake or harmful substances are added to increase its quality and quantity. Chemicals like water, detergent, urea, starch, glucose, shampoo, soap, boric acid, hydrogen peroxide can be added to it. All these are dangerous for health.

Bad effect on the digestive system and risk of food poisoning:-

Drinking adulterated milk can cause problems like stomach pain, gas, indigestion, vomiting and diarrhea. Detergents and other chemicals damage the intestinal lining, causing problems in digesting food. Detergents, urea and other chemicals act like poison in the body, which can lead to food poisoning.

Effects on kidney and liver:-

Long-term consumption of adulterated milk can have serious effects on the kidneys and liver. Chemicals like urea and ammonia weaken the kidney's filtering ability. The liver has to work extra hard to detoxify toxic elements, which affects its function

Bone weakness:-

Calcium is expected to be obtained from milk, but due to adulteration this benefit is not achieved. Bones can become weak, the risk of osteoporosis increases.

Risk of serious diseases like cancer:-
Some research has found that chemicals like hydrogen peroxide, formalin present in adulterated milk can cause cancer. Consuming it for a long time damages the cells in the body and increases the chances of DNA mutation. (ask your Doctor)

How to identify urea and wrong elements in milk:-

Put one spoon of milk in a test tube, add half a spoon of soybean or pigeon pea powder in it, shake the test tube well and mix it, wait for 5 minutes, put a red litmus paper in it, after this remove the red litmus paper from it, if the milk is pure, then the color of the red litmus paper will not change, if the color of the red litmus paper turns blue, then understand that the milk is adulterated.

Detergent test- Rub the milk in your hand, if it foams, detergent may be mixed in it. 
Starch test- Put a few drops of iodine in the milk, if it turns blue, starch is mixed in it. 
Water test- Put a few drops of milk on a slope, if it flows quickly, water has been mixed in it.

Always be careful and pay attention to what you eat and drink.

Make mango pickle

Make mango pickle with your own hands: The taste of a food dish is incomplete without mango pickle. This Punjabi mango pickle is stored in whole spices and mustard oil. If mango pickle is served with cauliflower and potato parathas, then its taste increases even more. But now you do not need to buy mango pickle from the market, if you want, you can prepare it at home with this easy recipe with a little effort.

Ingredients for making mango pickle: Mango pickle is made from raw mango and whole spices. While making mango pickle, a good amount of oil is added to it so that the mango becomes completely soft. It takes about a month for the mango pickle to be completely ready.

How to serve mango pickle: This pickle is eaten with dal rice, roti or paratha. Mango pickle enhances the taste of food.

Ingredients of Mango Pickle:-

2 ½ kg mangoes, chopped into pieces
100 gms fenugreek seeds
50 gms red chilli powder (coarsely ground)
60 gms nigella seeds
100 gms fennel seeds2 tbsp black peppercorns
50 gms turmeric powder
300 gms salt
1 1/2 litre mustard oil

Method of making mango pickle:-
First of all heat mustard oil in a big vessel and when the oil gets hot, turn off the gas and cover your mustard oil so that no dirt or dust falls in it. Now leave it like this and now let's start cutting mangoes. First of all wash all the mangoes properly with clean water and now cut these mangoes into small pieces as you like. I would say cut some big and some small pieces.

Now add turmeric and all the spices to the mangoes and mix them well. If possible, keep them in the sun for two hours with a light clean cotton cloth. So that dust and dirt do not fall in it.

Now take your mango out of the sun and the oil that you had heated would now have become slightly warm or cold.

Now mix all this well with clean hands or with the help of a large wooden or steel spoon.

Your mango pickle should be completely immersed in oil.

Now keep your mango in a clean glass jar and close the lid properly. If possible, keep it in the sun for some time every day for a month.

Now after a month you can eat it with your favorite food.

(If possible, store the pickle in a glass jar) 
(Never take out the pickle with your hand, take it out with a clean spoon only)

आम का अचार अपने हाथों से बनाये : खाने की डिश के टेस्ट आम के अचार के बिना अधूरा है। यह पंजाबी आम का अचार साबुत मसालों और सरसों के तेल में स्टोर करके रखा जाता है। गोभी और आलू के परांठे के साथ आम का अचार मिल जाए तो इसका स्वाद और भी बढ़ जाता है। लेकिन अब आपको बाजार से आम का अचार खरीद के लाने की जरूरत नहीं है आप चाहे तो थोड़ी सी मेहनत के साथ इस आसान सी रेसिपी के साथ घर पर भी तैयार कर सकते हैं।

आम का अचार बनाने के लिए सामग्री : आम का अचार कच्चे आम और साबुत मसालों से बनाया जाता है। आम का अचार बनाते वक्त उसमें तेल अच्छी मात्रा में डाला जाता है ताकि आम पूरी तरह मुलायम हो जाए। आम का अचार पूरी तरह बनने में लगभग एक महीने का समय लगता है।

आम का अचार कैसे सर्व करें: इस अचार को दाल चावल, रोटी या परांठे के साथ खाया जाता है। आम का अचार खाने का स्वाद बढ़ा देता है।

आम का अचार की सामग्री

o    2 ½ kg आम, टुकड़ों में कटा हुआ

o    100 ग्राम मेथी दाना

o    50 ग्राम लाल मिर्च पाउडर (मोटी कूटी हुई)

o    60 ग्राम कलौंजी

o    100 ग्राम सौंफ

o    2 टेबल स्पून काली मिर्च के दाने

o    50 ग्राम हल्दी पाउडर

o    300 ग्राम नमक

o    1 1/2 लीटर सरसों का तेल

 

o    आम का आचार बनाने का तरीका:-

o     

o    सबसे पहले सरसों के तेल को किसी बड़े बरतन मे गर्म कर ले और जब तेल गर्म हो जाय तो गैस को बन्द कर दे और अपने सरसो के तेल को ढक दे जिससे इसमें कुछ गन्दगी धूल मिट्टी पडे। अब इसको इसी तरह छोड़ दे और अब चलते हैं आम काटने।

o    सबसे पहले सभी आम को अच्छे से साफ पानी से धो ले और अब इन आम के छोटे छोटे टुकड़े कर ले जैसा आप को पसन्द हो। मै तो कहूँगा की कुछ बड़े और कुछ छोटे टुकड़े कर ले। 

o     

अब सभी आम मे हल्दी और सारे मसाले डाल के अच्छे से मिला ले अगर हो सके तो इनको दो घंटे के लिए धूप में रख दे किसी हल्के साफ सूती कपड़े से।  जिससे इसमें धुल मिट्टी गंदगी पड़े। 

 

अब अपने आम को धूप में से उठा लाये और तेल जो आप ने गर्म किया था अब हल्का गर्म या ठंडा हो गया होगा। 

 

 

अब इन सबको अच्छे से मिला ले साफ हाथ से या किसी बड़े लकड़ी या स्टील के चम्मच की सहायता से।

 

आप का यह आम का आचार पूरी तरह से तेल मे डूबा होना चाहिए। 

 

अब आप अपने आम को किसी साफ शिशे के जार मे रख दे और अच्छे से ढक्कन को बन्द कर दे अगर हो सके तो कुछ देर रोज धूप में एक महीने के लिए रोज रखे। 

 

 

अब एक महीने बाद आप इसे अपने मन पसंद भोजन के साथ खा सकते हैं। 

( अगर हो सके तो आचार को शिशे के जार में ही रखे

(कभी भी आचार को हाथ से निकाले साफ सुथरे चम्मच से ही निकाले
